Refund and Returns Policy for NPLLUS
At NPLLUS, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or return within a specified period.
Refund Policy:
- We offer a full refund for our LLC formation and ITIN application services if we have not yet started processing your order.
- For our registered agent services, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- After the specified period, we do not offer any refunds.
Return Policy:
- For our physical products, we offer a return within 14 days of delivery for items that are damaged or defective.
- We do not offer returns for our digital products or services, including our LLC formation and ITIN application services.
Breakdown of State Fees:
- Please note that state fees for LLC formation and registered agent services are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the state and not to NPLLUS.
- However, we will refund any fees paid to NPLLUS for these services.
